Leong Orthopaedic Health’s ideologies are unique in that they are based in healthcare (rather than athletics or esthetics). Because if you focus on taking care of your health, athleticism and esthetics will naturally follow, without the disruption of injury or disease.

Tony stays in shape by weight training and walking everywhere. His gentlemanly manners come from his British upbringing. His meticulous nature is inherent. Tony is passionate about cars, local microbrewery beer, and anything technical, or mechanical. But, his real soft spot is for explosive noises! Fortunately, firecrackers are illegal in the city.

BIO - SYLVIA

Sylvia Leong combined the dual careers of personal training (1997 – present) and registered massage therapy (1995 – 2020) to deliver holistic and comprehensive wellness programs to her clientele. As a former massage therapist, Sylvia’s personal training sessions often include some massage.

Leong Orthopaedic Health’s ideologies are unique in that they are based in healthcare (rather than athletics or esthetics). Because if you focus on taking care of your health, athleticism and esthetics will naturally follow, without the disruption of injury or disease.

Formerly a gymnast, Sylvia now stays in shape weight training and hiking around the City of North Vancouver—doing errands, taking photos, and looking for fairies. She’s passionate about the interior design of small spaces, adores excellent wine, and is a published fiction author.
